Option 1 — delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Panswer.ai and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account is deactivated immediately and permanently erased within 30 days.
Option 2 — request deletion from the web
Use this if you have already uninstalled the app. We verify ownership of the email address before erasing anything, so submit the request from the address on the account where possible.
What gets deleted

Cancel your subscription first. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google — those are cancelled from your Apple ID subscription settings or the Google Play subscriptions screen. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
A note on the AI providers
Prompts you sent were transmitted to the AI providers you selected in order to generate answers. Deleting your Panswer.ai account removes the copies we hold; any copy retained by a provider is governed by that provider's own retention policy, which we do not control. This is explained in our Privacy Policy.

To access, correct or export your data instead of deleting it, email privacy@panswer.ai. We respond to all requests within 30 days.
