Report child-safety concerns immediately to support@panswer.ai with the subject line “URGENT child safety report”. These reports are prioritised above everything else and reviewed within 24 hours.
1. Our published standard
Panswer.ai strictly prohibits any content, prompt, generated output or conduct that sexualises, exploits, endangers or abuses a minor. This includes, without limitation:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form, real or synthetic.
- Prompts that attempt to generate sexualised depictions of minors, including via text, image generation or roleplay.
- Content that sexualises a fictional or animated character presented as a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, sextortion, or attempts to arrange contact with a minor for sexual purposes.
- Trafficking, or content that promotes, normalises or provides instructions for the sexual abuse of minors.
- Any attempt to bypass, jailbreak or prompt-inject around the safety systems of the app or of the underlying AI models for these purposes.
These rules apply to prompts you write, files you upload and any output you attempt to elicit. They are part of the acceptable use rules in our Terms of Service, and breaching them results in immediate, permanent termination without refund.
2. Age requirements
Panswer.ai is rated for teen and adult audiences and requires users to be at least 13 years old. Users under the age of majority in their jurisdiction need a parent or guardian's consent. The app is not designed for, marketed to, or primarily directed at children, contains no child-directed content, and participates in no child-directed advertising.
3. Safeguards in the product
- Provider-level safety systems. Every prompt is processed by the underlying model providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI and others), each of which enforces its own CSAE detection and refusal systems. A refusal from a provider is surfaced in the app as an error rather than being retried or worked around.
- No safety-bypass features. The app offers no “uncensored”, jailbreak or filter-removal mode, and no setting that disables provider safety systems.
- Image generation restrictions. Image prompts are subject to the same provider safety filters; we do not run unmoderated image models.
- No user-to-user contact. Panswer.ai has no messaging, friend lists, public profiles, comments or content sharing between users, which removes the grooming and solicitation surface entirely.
- In-app reporting. Users can report content or behaviour from the in-app feedback shortcut, which routes to the same prioritised queue as the email channel.
4. How we handle reports
- Reports reach a prioritised queue and are triaged within 24 hours.
- Confirmed CSAE violations result in immediate account termination and preservation of the associated records.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and, where applicable, to local law enforcement and the relevant authorities in the user's jurisdiction.
- We cooperate fully with lawful requests from law enforcement investigating child exploitation.
- We notify the affected model provider so it can act under its own policy.
